About the service

Offerixa is a Shopify app that helps merchants show announcement bars, banners, product offers, signup and discount popups, and Smart Exit campaigns on their storefront. Available features may depend on your subscription plan.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to manage the Shopify store on which you install the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activity that occurs under your store.

Subscription and billing

Offerixa may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions, when available, are billed through Shopify's billing system. Fees are charged according to the plan you select. You may cancel or change your plan according to Shopify's billing policies. We may update pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Collect shopper contacts without a lawful basis or required consent
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or billing restrictions
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or copy the app except where permitted by law

Your content and data

You retain ownership of your store content, campaigns, and leads. You grant us a limited license to access and process that data solely to provide the app's features. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the copy, offers, and marketing messages you publish, and for honoring unsubscribe requests from shoppers you contact.

Intellectual property

The Offerixa app, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app.

Third-party services

The app integrates with Shopify and may forward leads to ESPs you connect. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or policies of third-party platforms that affect the app.

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that campaigns will increase sales or conversion rates.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the three months preceding the claim, or zero if you are on a free plan.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
