Common setup
- Turn on Offerixa under Theme settings → App embeds, then save the theme.
- Create a campaign, activate it, and save so the storefront metafield updates.
- Hard-refresh the storefront after you change a live campaign.
Privacy requests
For access or deletion of personal data we hold, email the same address and include the store domain. Shopper lead deletion also follows Shopify's customer redact webhooks.
